Hanna will open the session with a brief introduction to the muscular anatomy needed to strengthen and work in order to work towards the peak pose. She'll then lead you through a variety of strength building exercises and preparatory work using props like weights, resistance bands, blocks, etc. so that you can work towards nailing this pose in class, as well as take what you learned to work on at home. There will be plenty of time to play, explore, and ask questions in this session! 🔥
