Join Jen for a special workshop for you based on all things myofascial release using the peanut massage ball roller.
These props are great to use on tight areas in the body (think shoulders, feet, hamstrings, maybe even low back..) to aid in releasing deep trigger points (muscle knots), increasing blood flow, and improving flexibility.
This class is included in unlimited memberships, but you can drop in for $35.

Good Vibrations Sound Bath
Consider this your formal invitation to settle into stillness and ease. ✨
Start the session with meditation and then ease into stillness as you are guided through different vibrations and tones, courtesy of sound bowls, chimes, rain sticks, and other gentle, calming instruments. You’ll be set up in our studio with a variety of props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, and meditation cushions to achieve maximum support and relaxation. Come dressed comfortably!
