FAQs
What is the class cancellation policy?
Effective March 16th, 2024, the class cancellation window is 12 hours, which allows us to notify students on the waitlist so they can make it to class. Members receive a free cancellation every 90 days.
Effective March 16th, 2024, if you cancel less than 12 hours before class and are not a member at Foss Yoga, a $20 fee applies and the credit will be returned to your account.
If you no-show for class, a $20 fee applies and the credit will be returned to your account.
If you are a member, a $15 late cancellation fee or a $15 no-show fee will be applied after your free cancellation credit has been used. You can late-cancel classes from the Foss Yoga app or this website.
There is no fee for cancelling from the waitlist. Once you are added to a class, late cancellation fees apply.
Is my membership automatically renewed?
Yes. All memberships auto-renew, including annual memberships.
Do memberships involve signing a long-term contract?
Foss Yoga offers Month-to-Month and 12-Month agreements and some options in-between with different pricing options to fit your budget and schedule. See us in-studio for a full list of membership options and current specials. Please read your contract carefully when signing up for membership. The longer your term of commitment, the better your results.
Early termination fees apply when cancelling before term is completed.
How do I cancel my membership?
We’re sad to see you go— but happy to help. Email hello@fossyoga.com and we will cancel your membership for you. Be sure to contact us at least 5 business days before your next billing date, otherwise you will be billed for the next month.
Cancellation requests via voicemail, Instagram Direct Message, or in-person conversation will not be processed— you must submit the cancellation request in writing to the email address above.
How long do I have to use a class-pack?
All class-packs (3, 5, 10, and 15) expire 90 days from date of purchase. Some seasonal promotional class-pack expirations dates may vary.
Can I transfer my membership, class-pack, or intro offer to someone else?
No. You can purchase memberships, class-packs, or intro offers for others in-studio, but you cannot transfer your existing, in-use membership, class-pack, or intro offer to someone else if you are unable to use it. All membership, class-pack, and intro offers are final sale— non-refundable and non-transferable.
You can, however, share a class pack with one other account. Ask the front desk how!
