ALL ABOUT GLOW

Chase the burn.

Get the glow.

Glow is our signature sweaty, sculpting, mat-pilates inspired class that moves to the beat to keep you inspired to tackle whatever the rest of your day holds with strength.

We start

With Core on the Floor. It’s the perfect way to wake up the muscles and cue that it’s time to work.

The moves, variations, and props are different each time. The burn stays the same.

We move

Into various standing, dynamic combinations that challenge your muscles and your mind. Think squat to press, lunge to bicep curl. Combo moves + a heated room create the perfect equation of an elevated heart rate.

Expect to use props such as weights (3-10lbs), pilates balls, yoga blocks, slider discs, resistance bands, and more to keep the challenge running strong.

We burn

In our signature Flex to Finish series - a 3-minute series using 3lb weights to specifically target the arms in all the main muscle groups; shoulders, back, biceps, and triceps.

Don’t let the 3lbs fool you - this is muscle fatigue at it’s finest.

We end

With Core to the Door. You didn’t think we were done, did you?!

Our signature Core to the Door series could be additional supine ab-work, plank, table top, or standing. Variety is the spice of life, and our goal is to send you off into your day feeling sore + strong in the midline.

HOT MAT CLASSES

in Fort Collins, Colorado

Glow classes are heated to 98-101 degrees with 40-45% humidity to build the sweat, and keep the sweat. Sweating not only helps to regenerate your skin, but also supports healthy blood flow and circulation. In the dry desert that is Northern CO, humidity is your body’s best friend.

Glow classes bring the burn through added heat and humidity, but also through the use of a combination of props + body weight to fire up your muscles to stay in the “working zone”.

Enhance your practice with 3-10lb weights, pilates balls, resistance bands, yoga blocks, slider discs, and more. All props are provided - no need to bring your own.

The combinations are endless.

GLOW vs. SCULPT

How they differ, how they’re similar, and how to choose your vibe for the day.

GLOW

Heated mat-pilates style class with signature series like Core on the Floor, Flex to Finish, and Core to the Door. Class moves to a slightly lower beat to create space to hit dynamic combinations (think glute bridge with a chest press, curtsy lunge with an upright row) hard.

It’s the sweaty, hot mat class you’ve been dreaming of.

SCULPT

Non-heated mat-pilates style class that focuses on building strong body control. Work within smaller ranges of motion to target the hard-to-reach, small-twitch muscles that help us to float through the day free of pain and full of strength.

Expect to pulse, move, and breathe to the beat in this party of a class.

Both classes are an upbeat celebration in the form of moving and challenging our mind + muscles. You’ll find similar props in each style, but Glow is heated and moves a touch slower, while Sculpt is non-heated and is known for an extra spicy pulse.

While one is not harder than the other, both ask you to show up with strength, power, and an open mind.
